Lester and Orville inadvertently launch a rocket intended for Mars flight. Instead, it will travel to New Orleans for Mardi Gras. They are then forced to fly to Venus by bank robber Mugsy and his pal Harry, where they discover a civilization made up entirely of women, men having been exiled.
