Kyle Cassidy, a failed musician, has fallen head over heels in love with Nikki Duke, the charming wife of an abusive rock star who is currently on tour. Nikki passes out and hits her head after a wild night at the Dukes' Hollywood Hills estate. Kyle dials 911 out of fear and euphoria. Newly partnered paramedics show up and wake Nikki up. They then try to rob the pair, but their plan quickly goes awry and the group ends up in the middle of a dark, hilarious night in Los Angeles.
