Allure
Laura strives to find a boyfriend and a feeling of normalcy, plagued by the violence of her past and the turbulence of failed personal connections. Eva, a gifted pianist who is disillusioned by the life her mother puts on her, is her ray of hope. Laura develops a fascination with Eva, and the two form an odd friendship. Laura persuades Eva to run away to her house in light of her sadness, and the two soon become entangled in a complex web. Manipulation, denial, and codependency feed a broken dynamic that can only last so long.
