Art of Obsession
Kennedy Sait, a great novelist, becomes a recluse after losing his family in a car accident and witnessing his newest work explode. He turns to drugs and alcohol to mask the anguish he feels. Kennedy's life is transformed after meeting his neighbor's new wife, Patricia. Infatuated with her, he adopts her as his "muse," inspiring him not only to create, but also to live. However, his obsession with her develops into a terrible obsession. To avoid losing Patricia, he abducts her and imprisons her in his attic. Police sweep the neighborhood in search of the missing woman, unaware that she has been hiding right under their noses the entire time. Patricia maintains a clear head and is constantly on the lookout for a way out, but she believes she will never escape her captivity as Kennedy's hold on reality continues to deteriorate.
