Article 99
Dr. Richard Sturgess directs a group of compassionate medical practioners in a veteran's hospital. Along with Drs. Morgan, Handleman and Van Dorn, he struggles to provide sufficient care to destitute veterans at the face of funding cuts and a tainted administration.
