At an underground fight club, black-belt Travis Brickley is killed after dropping into the martial arts guru Brakus. Travis' passing is witnessed by Walter Grady, the best friend Alex Grady's boy. Alex and his partner, Tommy Lee, vow to avenge their friend's death by beating Brakus and shutting the struggle club.
