In the suburbs of Miami, apparently ordinary Egyptian immigrant Fuad Ramses (Mal Arnold) conducts a successful catering business. He also murders women and intends to use their own body parts to regenerate the goddess Ishtar. The insane Ramses hypnotizes that a socialite in order to land a project catering an event on her debutante daughter, Suzette Fremont (Connie Mason), and turns the event into a night of deaths that are gruesome, damn dismemberment and ritual sacrifice.
