Blood Paradise
Robin Richards (Andréa Winter), a best-selling crime writer, is sent by her publisher to the Swedish countryside to get back to writing after her last book didn't do well. It's true that there, she meets a lot of strange people, including her driver, who is obsessed with her, his jealous wife, and the owner of the farm where she's staying. To start with, Robin is always dressed for a glamorous, big-city life. Robin finds out how dangerous these weirdos can be. The first film by Patrick von Barkenberg, who also plays Robin's boyfriend, is full of dreamy atmospheres and wacky humor, but Winter, who keeps your attention glued to the screen, keeps it all in check.
