Dean, Duncan, and DJ Beatroot are three friends from Glasgow who are in their teens. They go on a camping trip called the Duke of Edinburgh Award, which is based on a real-life program. On this trip, foraging, teamwork, and orienteering are the order of the day. The three friends want to have fun and smoke weed in the Scottish Highlands, but they are paired up with Ian, a straight-laced camper who wants to follow the rules. After getting lost in a remote farmland that is very different from the city where they live, the boys are being chased by a mysterious force that wants to end their lives.
