Despite being petty con artists, Bud and Lou make the mistake of joining the Army to avoid the police. The police officer who was chasing them ends up becoming their drill teacher. A wealthy young guy and his former working-class driver are not only housed together, but they're also competing for the attention of a beautiful young lady who appears to be attracted to both of them.
