Charlie's Christmas Wish
Sgt. Major John Frost returns home a month early from his last deployment, and he's delighted to be home for Christmas. He discovers that his wife, Jill, and son Jimmy are too preoccupied to give him the warm welcome he expected, and in his absence, they have adopted a dog, a small dog named Charlie. John finds solace with the other vets at the Moose Lodge until Charlie discovers Hank, a homeless Vietnam vet who has suffered a heart attack. John discovers his calling as he rallies friends, family, and the community to construct a new home for the vets, providing them with a warm Christmas Eve and a fresh start in civilian life.
