It is Jerry Lewis' answer to the timeless Cinderella story. Poor Fella is left subject to his snobbish step mother and her two nogood sons, Maximilian and Rupert when his father dies. As he slaves away for his nasty stepfamily, Rupert and Maximilian attempt to get. Meanwhile, hoping to restore her packs that are dwindling, the step mother intends a ball will soon wed Rupert.
