Strike is a young city medication pusher under medication lord Rodney Little's tutelage. After a night manager at a fastfood restaurant is found with four bullets in his own body, himself turns in as the killer. Det. Rocco Klein does not purchase the story, but setting out to obtain the truth, and it appears that each of the fingers point toward Strike & Rodney.
