Animals and humans are subjected to scientific and occult experiments at a top-secret Soviet research facility in order to create the "ideal" individual. The KGB general and his aides turn a blind eye to the amorous exploits of the Institute's director, to the scandalous debaucheries of important scientists, and to the Institute's brutal and mad scientific research. One day, a fanatical ultra-right-wing organization enters the laboratory under the pretext of test subjects and begins conducting experiments. They are given a mission: to exterminate the rotting components of the Institute's community, and if necessary, to bring down the frail world of secret Soviet science as a whole.
