Lily's life is turned upside down when she is forced to leave her friends behind and spend the summer on a remote ranch with her nature-loving aunt. She is surprised to meet an unlikely group of friends as well as Pistachio, the horse with whom she has a strong bond. When her aunt's ranch is threatened by unfriendly neighbors, Lily realizes it's up to her to save it.
