An on-air gaffe leads to a well-known TV personality revealing that she detests the Christmas holiday. As a result of the fiasco, she receives an invitation to visit the American town that celebrates Christmas the most in order to attempt to rehabilitate her reputation. As a result of being coerced into working with her ex-boyfriend Jack, the show's producer, the enchantment of Christmas and the uniqueness of this town will cause a shift in how she thinks about Christmas as well as her own life.
