Workingclass father John Crowley is on the fast track to corporate success if his two young children, Megan and Patrick, are identified as having Pompe disease - a condition that prevents your body. With the support of his wife, Aileen, John ditches his livelihood and teams together with unconventional specialist Dr. Robert Stonehill to establish a biotech business and create a cure in time to rescue the lives of both Megan and Patrick.
