She is replacing Harry, a grizzled veteran journalist, who explains the advantages and disadvantages of the position while under pressure to write the piece for the morning's newspaper. They respond to a wide range of sexual encounters given by readers throughout the course of the evening, including sex in a threesome at a drive-in theater, sex in a gym, and sex in a library where the male librarian has an advantage over the female readers due to the "Silence Please" sign.
