Fatima
A 10-year-old girl and her two younger cousins see numerous visits from the Virgin Mary outside the parish of Fátima, Portugal, in 1917, who teaches them that only prayer and suffering will bring World War I to a conclusion. While secularist government officials and Church leaders try to persuade the children to change their stories, news of the sighting spreads across the country, encouraging religious pilgrims to come to the place in the hopes of experiencing a miracle.
