In the very early 1980s, an FBI Representative is assigned to check out the murder of a revered professor. Through his investigation, he discovers a crawler web of international keys that has been flourishing within college campuses across America for years. His examination takes him across the Pacific to the island nation of Taiwan, where with the help of the outspoken widow and a not likely spy, he learns that the Professor's murder was not a random act, but a hopeless relocation by a scandalous federal government bent on maintaining its wicked tasks under wraps.
