Freaks Out
When the horror of World War II befalls Rome, Matilde, Cencio, Fulvio, and Mario are like siblings. They're performing in a circus in Rome in 1943. In an effort to find a safe haven for the family abroad, Israel, the circus owner and their presumed father, vanishes. Our group of four buddies seems to be in shambles. With no one to care for them and no circus to perform in, our four heroes have nowhere to belong. As outcasts in a city ravaged by war, they only see themselves in that light.
