An elderly couple go in their pattern of cleaning the gabbeh (a intricately-designed carpet ), while invisibly softly with one another. Magically, there appears a woman, helping both wash the carpet. This woman is owned by the clan whose history is depicted in this gabbeh's design, and also the carpet recounts the story of the courtship of this young woman .
