Twenty years removed from Alice Barlow's murder by a thief looking for her jewels, newlyweds Paul and Bella Mallen move into the extremely home where the crime was devoted. Retired investigative B.G. Rough, that dealt with the Barlow situation, is still in the location and expands questionable of Paul, who he really feels births a striking resemblance to one of Barlow's family members.
