Melanie Ballard is just a hardnosed police leader in the year 2025. A police snatch squad and she are sent to apprehend dangerous offender James Williams to Mars. Mars was inhabited by humans for some time and they have set up mining centers. The mining activities on Mars have unleashed alien beings' spirits who possess the workers' lifestyles. It turns out that grabbing the fugitive takes a backseat as the mystical spirits start to rid the planet of their'invaders'.
