Guilty by Association
Honor cannot exist in the absence of honesty. A single man jumps onto the battlefield when gang fights spiral out of control in downtown Washington, D.C., in order to apprehend a ruthless assailant. A young man has been released from prison and is determined to start a fresh life for himself in the community. Unfortunately, with no prospects in sight, he is drawn back into the only world he knows: the realm of criminal activity. His prison sentence allows him to reconnect with his former closest friend, who has now "made it big" as a drug dealer and whom he has lost touch with. However, what begins as a cooperation that promises to get them both out of the projects quickly devolves into a stalemate as money comes between the two. Due to the division of loyalties, anger and violence erupt, destroying anyone who stands in the way of the plot. When innocent people are caught in the crossfire, it is up to one man, Police Lieutenant Redding (Morgan Freeman), to take matters into his own hands and put a stop to the unnecessary deaths before it is too late to save them.
