Gunfight in Abilene
Combating in the Civil Battle a male accidently kills his good friend. Going back to Abilene after the battle he finds his former sweetheart about to marry the brother of the man he killed. To pay his debt he not only rejects to win her back but takes the job of Sheriff, a job he does not want, when the sibling asks him. Still haunted by the murder he declines to bring a weapon. Yet there is problem between the ranchers and the farmers and when he discovers the sibling killed he straps on a weapon and heads after the awesome.
