Best-friends Otis and Cliff plan to get rich by stealing from a few of the most dangerous foes in the business, quick: drug retailers. Going from the master plan, the 2 spend the night partying, and allowing the viewer to see , at a certain light, the"criminals" weren't really all that bad to start with. In other words, this film is just your druggie, dramedy musical that is full of Germans, Jesus, banjos, bongos, beers, and bongs.
