Ruby awakens from a nightmare to discover herself in a real-world horror. She's locked in a basement with her legs shattered and no recollection of who she is or how she got there. Tom, her captor, informs her that she will remain in captivity until she falls in love with him. Ruby is focused on escaping until Tom begins assisting her in recalling her history and she begins to doubt everything.
