A man pulls in to a new city and finds himself trapped in chaos, a city at which the city's crime boss succeeds and where crime rules. Seeing a metropolitan landscape filled with corrupt cops robbers, prostitutes that are abused and even a pedophile Santa, the Hobo goes about bringing justice into the town the way he knows how - with a shotgun. When he tries to make matters better to its future 13, mayhem ensues. Street justice will prevail.
