HONDROS is a documentary about Chris Hondros, a famous war photographer who has won many awards. It looks at the poignant and sometimes surprising stories behind some of Hondros' best-known photos. After the events of 9/11, Chris was one of the first war photographers since Vietnam to start taking pictures of the wars that were going on in the world today. HONDROS looks at how difficult it is to keep up with more than a decade of war while still living a normal, everyday life. Before, during, and after his photos were taken, the book looks at how he had to make quick, life-or-death decisions before, during, and after. This is how it works: Chris was shot and killed in Libya in 2011. He made a big impact on his job that is still being felt today.
