Sydney Ragsdale, freshly divorced, spends Christmas with her small daughter in an inherited home. On her way to the local bookstore, Sydney meets Mac, a teacher who also moonlights as the town Santa. Sydney is on Mac's 'lovely' list this year. Mac helps Sydney re-open herself to life, love, and the spirit of Christmas when a fresh chance with the bookstore arises.
