Horrible Histories: The Movie - Rotten Romans
Roman teenager Atti is made to combine the Roman army when one of the smart schemes falls foul of Emperor Nero. He's delivered to"miserable, cold, wet Britain" where"that the natives are revolting - quite literally". Matters go from bad to worse if Atti is recorded by Orla, a feisty teenage Celt desperate to prove himself as a warrior. Atti uses his Roman knowhow to help Orla save her gran who's been kidnapped by a rival tribe, after avoiding a very sticky result in a bog. Meanwhile there is a mad Nero decided to crush rebellion, led by Boudicca, Queen of the Iceni. Atti discovers they have been preparing for an historic show down with the Celts and re joins his Roman troops. Atti's brains may save your afternoon whilst the 2 friends wind up arranged on opposite sides of the battle field however they may also spell disaster for Orla.
