At the Nineteenth Century, in Japan, the American journalist Christopher is currently traveling through the country searching Komomo, the love of his entire life which he had abandoned years back promising to get back to her later. He arrives in a island inhabited caftans and by whores, where he's an encounter with a prostitute that tells his dear Komomo had passed off. He drinks sake with her and he asks the lady to tell her life's narrative. The prostitute reveals a barbarous and dark story about her entire life and also the fate of Komomo.
