This film is about cab driver Lung, who is horrifyingly obsessed with anchorwoman Jenny Tung, played by Maggie Cheung. He tells her stories about what he sees while driving, and they eventually meet. He is smitten with her, but she rejects him. A vicious killer is on the loose, and you know they'll be involved in some way.
