Jacob
When Jacob (Matthew Modine) is a young shepherd, he falls in love with and wants to marry Rachel (Lara Flynn Boyle), the daughter of his uncle Laban. This is an inspirational story from the Bible (Giancarlo Giannini). He works for seven years as an indentured servant for his uncle to get Rachel to marry him.
