Khuda Haafiz
When the 2008 recession causes Sameer Chaudhary and his wife Nargis to lose their jobs, they struggle to make ends meet for three months before finding work in Noman, a Middle Eastern country. Due to a delay in the arrival of documents, Sameer remains in India while Nargis travels to Noman, where she is kidnapped as she begs Sameer for help over the phone. Sameer, enraged and helpless, travels to Noman and joins forces with a local taxi driver to find Nargis before it's too late.
