Danny is a typical New York City prankster. The "Brooklyn Annual Enema Party" is one of Brooklyn's greatest parties this year, and he and his buddies couldn't be more excited. At first, the evening appears to be enjoyable, but it swiftly degenerates when Danny is attacked by a complete stranger. Drag queen and gay buddies save his life in the end, but the repercussions are terrible. A year on, Danny is still dealing with the fallout from that horrific event and has decided not to attend the forthcoming "Brooklyn Annual Enema Party" this year. Danny's pals want him to conquer his worries and return to the outside world. Newcomer PuppyPup inspires Danny to give the nightlife in New York City a second look. Danny only learns that his life and the lives of everyone who assisted him that night are in peril when his pals begin to disappear and are slain in terrible ways.
