A pair of small-time criminals have $3 million in counterfeit bills and are hoping to make it big by exchanging them for a million dollars in real money. When the trade goes wrong, three men are murdered—one of whom is a cop with a vengeful sister—and the hapless buddies are caught between the cops and mob hit men after the money.
