After the collapse of his recent exploits that are criminal , international con artist Alexandre Dupré sets away for Venice to make an effort to dupe a few Japanese business men. On the aero plane, a stranger asks him to care for his briefcase until after they have landed. Alexandre agrees, however, the stranger is taken dead soon after and Alexandre himself becomes the target of enemy representatives who are keen to recoup the briefcase...
