Leap of Faith
Jonas Nightengale is really actually a fraudulent faith healer who creates a living traveling holding revival meetings and conducting'wonders' with the help of their friend and manager, Jane, along with their entourage. One of their trucks breaks down in Rustwater, a town in need of rain. Jonas decides to carry a revival meeting at the town while awaiting for spare components. May Braverman, the sheriff, tries to forbid his town and its own people from getting scammed and is doubtful. Nevertheless a community disabled boy,'' Boyd, believes Jonas might make him walk again. Events in Rustwater make their own faith is examined by Jonas and doubts.
