Little Orphans
The wedding of their youngest sis, Janet, brings Gwen and also Kay house to St. John's, Newfoundland. While Janet has a hard time to conceal her family members's disorder, Kay can't help but create chaos anywhere she goes and Gwen locates herself paralyzed by a previous secret. The complicated internet of partnerships in between the sisters, their Auntie Maureen, their absent mom, and Kay's young daughter Billie, is only illuminated by the wedding event. Gwen's efforts to obtain Kay to take obligation for her daughter highlights her own desertion of her ex lover, Tom, leading them all to a not-so-perfect storm of a function.
