Love on the Rise
Victoria Worthington is a talented cake decorator who observes life from the sidelines as she delivers her fancy cakes to weddings, galas, and fabulous parties, returning exhausted. She mistook a wealthy, sought-after bachelor, Jacob Adams III, for a wedding waiter while delivering one of her cakes. Victoria enlists the assistance of her mystery man, Jake, in delivering the cake. They appear to share a special bond, and fate intervenes when they later reconnect in a coffee shop. He eventually follows her to a protest at Adams Development, which is planning to demolish her beloved bakery, but she has no idea that Jake is one of the Adams in Adams Development. Victoria is in love, but will their love survive when she discovers he is Jacob Adams III, and will her business survive?
