March Comes in Like a Lion
Ryunosuke Kamiki (Rei Kiriyama) is a shogi (Japanese chess) player who is 17 years old. When he was in middle school, he made his professional shogi debut. His parents and younger sister died in a traffic accident when he was a child, so he lives alone in Tokyo. Rei Kiriyama meets his neighbors' three sisters one day. Akari Kawamoto, Hinata Kawamoto, and Momo Kawamoto are the three sisters. It's been a long time since he's met someone outside of the shogi community. Rei Kiriyama gets warm sentiments when she eats with the Kawamoto family. Rei Kiriyama's encounters with his neighbors allow him to improve as a shogi player and as a person while he pursues his shogi career.
