Marija
Marija, a young woman from Ukraine, lives in Dortmund, Germany, where she works as a cleaner at a hotel. She saves some money each month in the hopes of one day opening her own hair salon, but for now, she makes do with the income she brings in. But when she is let go from her job without any prior warning, her dream is abruptly postponed until a time in the future whose outcome is uncertain. She doesn't have a job and is struggling financially, so she has no choice but to look for other opportunities. However, in order to reach her objective, she is willing to sacrifice her body, the relationships she has with other people, and the emotions she experiences.
