Murders in the Rue Morgue
In 19th Century Paris, the maniacal Dr. Mirakle kidnaps girls as well as injects them with ape blood in an attempt to prove ape-human kinship. He continuously meets failing as the abducted females die. Medical pupil Pierre Dupin finds what Mirakle is doing too late to prevent the kidnapping of his girlfriend Camille. Currently he frantically attempts to get the help of the police to obtain her back.
