Neptune Frost
In the remote hills of Burundi, a group of former coltan miners who were forced into slavery form an anti-colonialist computer hacker collective. They plan to overthrow the totalitarian administration that is abusing the region's natural resources — as well as the people living there–from their base camp, which is located in an extraterrestrial e-waste dump. The wider divine circuitry is disrupted when a coltan miner on the run and a runaway intersex person find each other thanks to cosmic forces. Their meeting causes flaws in the circuitry of the divine.
