For decades the North and South's underworlds bumped along begrudgingly. Like the Cold War, territories were respected from their requirement to prevent apocalypse, together with each side. A precarious harmony couldn't continue. Now someone has crossed the line, and there isn't any returning . An illicit romance smolders, breaking catastrophe .
