As the Sundance Picture Festival gets underway, three independent filmmakers set out on a frantic quest to find the producer who is purportedly going to buy their independent feature film. They've got a director who thinks she's the next Francois Truffaut, a producer who stole money from his mother's retirement account, and an actor/editor who is a doormat for everyone in this motley gang of misfit filmmakers at the Sundance Film Festival. The team's failure to accomplish their filmmaking aspirations is fueled by a combination of ignorance, folly, and egotism.
