Outrage
The story begins with Sekiuchi, boss of this Sannokai, a crime syndicate controlling the Kanto region, issuing man and a stern warning to his lieutenant Kato Ikemoto, mind of the Ikemoto-gumi. Kato orders Ikemoto to create the unassociated Murase-gumi gang and the duty is instantly passed by him onto his inferior Otomo, who conducts their own crew. The tasks that desires to do end up in Otomo's lap.
