Passion of Mind
The night before she goes to sleep, Marie, a widow in Provence with two daughters, has a dream in which she sees Marty, a literary agent in Manhattan who has a similar dream in which Marie sees him. The women have a similar appearance. The two of them meet a man named William, who immediately takes an interest in them. The accountant Aaron, whom Marty meets and befriends, later becomes his lover. Both women share their fantasies with their partners. Aaron is accepting, while William is envious. Marie will not sleep next to William, despite the fact that they have become lovers. In Paris, Marie and William go on a vacation, and Marty wakes up one morning to find an ashtray from the hotel on her nightstand. Is it the same individual? What is the key to unlocking reality?
